Application Scope

Machine Main Parts
The load cell installation includes 3-4 pieces of Toledo load cells (maximum weight 200kg/pc, IP67 rating). The bagging machine is designed for stable operation over 10 years. All packing machine accessories use famous brands, including AirTAC pneumatic elements, Germain/Unipulse HMI (color touch screen panel), and Schneider electric components.
Installation Services
Installation can be provided by AGMT company. During installation, a one-day training course will be provided to customers covering operation and maintenance procedures. Service charges are US$100/person/day plus all local transportation, air tickets (round trip), and hotel room & board. Installation must be scheduled after shipment arrival, and the factory must be equipped with all necessary requirements before booking installation with EAGLE company. Our engineers will visit the site for complete and final installation.

Packaging and Shipping
Our packaging process includes: cleaning and film wrapping the machine, securing the equipment base, verifying all accessories are properly packed, closing the wooden case, printing and applying marks to the wooden case, and final loading and warehousing.
Our Service Guarantee
We provide perfect customer guarantee and after-service support. AGMT packaging machines come with a 12-month warranty for all mechanical parts (excluding electrical and electronic parts and normal wear items). The guarantee period starts from the shipment date (B/L date) and covers replacement of defective parts after construction fault verification. The guarantee does not apply if customers proceed with replacement, modification, or repair without proper consent. Trouble or breakdown analysis is exclusively handled by the manufacturing company. We offer assured products and reliable support.
